Specialist cardiac care, across the full picture.
From a single second opinion to long‑term shared care, every service below is delivered personally by Dr Das at one of three London hospitals — with the same standard of unhurried, plain‑language explanation.

Hypertension
High cholesterol
Shortness of breath
CV disease prevention
Cardiac screening
Eight services, one consultant.
Every appointment, scan and report below is handled personally by Dr Das. Junior doctors and trainees do not see private patients in this practice.
01
Diagnostic
Initial cardiology consultation
An unhurried 45‑minute appointment to talk through your symptoms, history and concerns. Includes a full clinical examination and, where useful, a same‑day ECG. You’ll leave with a written summary, a clear plan, and direct contact details if anything changes.
Duration: 30 min
Fee: £280
02
Imaging
Echocardiogram
A painless ultrasound of the heart, performed by Dr Das or a senior cardiac physiologist working alongside him. Used to assess heart muscle function, valve disease and pressures — with results explained to you in the same visit, not weeks later.
Duration: 30 min
Fee: £280
03
Rhythm
ECG, 24-hour & 7-day monitoring
From a quick resting ECG to ambulatory monitors worn at home, we use the right test for the right question — never more, never less. All recordings are personally reported by Dr Das, with a written explanation in everyday language.
Duration: 15 min – 7 days
Fee: From £180
04
Stress Testing
Exercise tolerance & stress echo
Treadmill or pharmacological stress tests with simultaneous imaging — the gold standard for assessing exercise‑induced chest pain and unexplained breathlessness. Performed in fully equipped cardiac rooms with a consultant physically present throughout.
Duration: 60 min
Fee: From £695
05
Advanced Imaging
Cardiac CT & calcium scoring
A low‑dose CT scan of the coronary arteries — increasingly the first‑line investigation for chest pain in adults under 60. Calcium scoring offers one of the most powerful predictors of long‑term cardiovascular risk we have. Reports turned around in 48 hours.
Duration: 30 min
Fee: From £750
06
Long-Term Care
Hypertension & cholesterol management
A measured, individualised approach to managing high blood pressure and lipids — built around your life, your tolerance for medication and your goals. Most patients are reviewed every 3–6 months; many can be safely managed by post and phone between visits.
Duration: Ongoing
Fee: From £200 / review
07
Specialist
Atrial fibrillation & arrhythmia clinic
A dedicated pathway for patients with atrial fibrillation, ectopic beats and inherited rhythm disorders. Includes anticoagulation review, rhythm vs rate strategy, and onward referral for ablation when it’s the right step. We also see family members for screening.
Duration: 45 min
Fee: £280
08
Specialist
Heart failure & cardiomyopathy
Comprehensive assessment and longitudinal care for patients with reduced ejection fraction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and other cardiomyopathies. Close liaison with the heart failure nursing team and, where appropriate, transplant centres.
Duration: 60 min
Fee: £320
Transparent pricing, no surprises.
All fees are published; quotes for combined appointments are sent in advance. Recognised by all major UK insurers — including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA and Cigna.

Fees correct as of January 2026. Investigations performed by independent imaging providers (e.g. CT, MRI) are billed separately by those providers; an indicative quote is always sent in advance. International patients welcomed — please contact the secretary for a bespoke care plan.
Not sure which service is right? Just ask.
If you’d like to discuss your symptoms before booking anything, the secretary is happy to arrange a 10‑minute phone call with Dr Das at no charge.
